Cancellation Policy
SWR and Wauchope Dental Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. At our practice, we strive to provide exceptional care and accommodate your scheduling needs. To ensure we can serve all our patients effectively, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
1. Cancellation Notice
- We kindly ask for more than 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- This allows us to offer the time to another patient who may need it.
2. Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice
- If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a non-refundable $200 deposit will be required to secure future bookings
3. Deposits for Longer Appointments
- For appointments 60 minutes or longer, a $200 deposit is required.
- This deposit is refundable with at least 48 hours’ notice or in cases of extenuating circumstances.
4. Ample Time to Reschedule
- To help you manage your appointments, we send reminder SMS notifications four weeks and two days before your scheduled visit.
- If you need to reschedule, we’re more than happy to assist, provided we have adequate notice.
5. Missed Appointments
- Missed appointments without prior notice result in the application of the deposit policy for future bookings.
6. Respect for Our Team and Other Patients
- Late cancellations or missed appointments affect both our team and other patients who may be waiting for care. Your cooperation helps us run smoothly
and ensures timely care for everyone.
7. Emergencies and Extenuating Circumstances
- We understand that emergencies happen. Please reach out to discuss your situation if you’re unable to provide the required notice—we’re here to help.
